Only those who submit the form will be added. Please do not join unless you're serious about street teaming for Julien-K. When your form is approved we will send you a friend request. Any requests to be added will be denied until we've seen your form. If you're one of the people who require a last name or e-mail address before a friend request can be made then you'll have to send one to us after you fill out the form. Also please make sure you include your entire physical mailing address if you're planning on promoting offline. (Note: You need to re-submit this form even if you were on the first version of the street team back in 2004/2005. Thank you.)
Perks of the JKST: There will be exclusive content avaliable only to members of the street team(remixes, photos, videos, ect). Perhaps we'll even hold some contests for awesome prizes and give out rewards for those of you that go above and beyond the call of duty.
