About Me

Hello all Well my name is Lee and i was born in Reading way back in 1960 and my family had moved to a poor part of town called "Whitley" well known in the area as a trouble hotspot but to be honest i quite liked it there and made many friends some good some very bad and at the age of 11 i went to Ashmead Boys School which is the biggest school in Whitley and very well known for all the wrong reasons although i never really understood why i mean there was a few bad boys there but not that many really or maybe thats just my opinion and while i attended Ashmead school i was in the same class as "Ricky Gervais" who as you know went on to be very famous although at that time i never really spoke much to him as he hung about with some guys from a different part of Reading and to be honest i did,nt like him that much and being honest looking back i should have battered him with a big hammer and saved the world from a gonk like him so for not battering him i hold my hands up and i say sorry to everyone please forgive me i really had no idea he would become famous so blame me it was all my fault and i am sorry (Smile), BY the time i left school at 16yrs old it was 1976 and very hot so me and a friend went off to France to go grape picking on a French farm and we stayed there for the summer season and went back to England at the end of 1976 and for the next 2 years i lived back in Reading and got myself into even more trouble with the police so once again me and another friend went off to France again to go back to picking grapes for another season and after the season was up i moved to Italy where i lived in a hippy commume for a year where i think i smoked enough cannabis to last me a life time but it was good and i did have a lot of fun there but as usual life goes on and by the time i was 19 i moved back to England where i got a job at the local university in Reading where i stayed until i got into a little bit of trouble with the police and had to go and spend a little time at one of the queens hotels (IE Prison) and when i got out i got a job at a local nightclub and after a while i met a nice girl who i thought was the "One" for me and we got married and lived happyly for at least a year as she was a pro golfer and was away alot and i don,t think this helped our realtionship as comming home to an empty house can be a real pain in the arse sometimes and after a year i had had enough and we split up and i moved to Marbella in southern Spain where i rented a villa just by the coastline and had a few good years just laying in the sun and taking as many drugs as i could before i fell over which to be honest was quite a lot and it was around this time i met a hooker called Chris who i had known for a while and we had become good friends and she told me she needed somewhere to live so i offered her a room at my place and she moved in with another hooker called "Ima" who came from Liberia and was such a pretty girl and so funny to go out drinking with and the three of us spent the next 5 years living in my villa and having lots of fun and lots of mad partys and as much coke as we could take and as much vodka as we could drink and looking back i am amazed i made it through those mad times without having heart attack or kidney failure but by 1989 i had had enough and i bought myself a plane ticket to the States and off i went leaving my mad life behind in Spain. I landed in Los Angeles and spent a few weeks in a rented house in Malibu on the pacific coast highway and then i met a flight attendant with TWA and she asked me if i wanted to go and live with her and her friends in a house in St Louis and of course i said yes and i found myself moving again and once i got to St Louis i moved in to a place called Hazelwood which is right near the airport and i met the other girls who i was to share the house with and boy was i lucky as there were three other girls and all very nice and lots of fun to be with and for the next 18 months i had a great time living with these lovely girls and we all had lots of times drinking and going to mad partys and meeting so many other intresting people but as usual it was,nt long before i got in trouble with the police and had to leave America a bit quick and walked across the border into Mexico where i stayed for a year until i got arrested and handed over to the British Embassy who put me straight on a flight back to England, So once again i found myself back in Reading and i stayed there for 3 years until i moved to Basingstoke and met a girl and we lived together and even had a little girl called Molly. And now i,m 47yrs old i never really been trained in anything and never held a job down for more than a couple of years and a 12 year old daughter who thinks i,m completely mad and i have a 17yr old stepson and no idea what the next few years will bring me but as long as i can smile and smoke a few ciggys i will be happy and i have been very lucky to have met so many really nice people and to have seen so many beautiful things so i do consider myself lucky to have been to the places i have been too and i want to thank everybody who knows me and the people that i have yet to meet and if i have any words of wisdom they would be "Do all the things your not supposed to do and go to the places that no-one else would go" I have had a good life and i,m sorry but i can,t put it into words so please listen to the Queen video at the bottom of the page as it says all the things i could,nt and by the way the song is the one i want played at my funeral when ever that might be.......Thanks and watch the bloody video and listen to the words.....Lee xxx
