Emre Metin Bilginer

I'm Emre Metin BILGINER. I was born in Istanbul on 13th of June 1986. I live in Istanbul and studied English in High school. Now I study "Modern Greek Language and Literature" at Istanbul University. Turkish is my mothertongue. I speak English and Greek proficiently. And also I'm a beginner in Spanish and German. I don't have any educational background about music. But since the day I was born, I've been listening some kind of Rocknroll that shows me the way of making real music. With the light of this awakening in my rocknroll soul, my biggest influences are Queen and Richie Kotzen. By listening them and the other influences of my musical viewpoint, I improved myself gradually and slowly I've found my style. I've been playing guitar actively for 5 years. I performed in a lot of band and got a lot of experiences. Yet the most important one of those is my band called MERLYN. I found this group at the very beginning of 2005 with my old friend & my ex-band friend Burak Günsür. We worked with some qualified musicians who are called Basat Karakas, Yigit Citak, Armagan Dergin, Altay Talay and Cagri Erdem I had many concerts with Merlyn in Istanbul and some beautiful cities of Turkey.
