About Me

Introducing Kieran Elijah!!!
My baby boy: Born February 8th, 2007 at 4:11 PM EST, 5 pounds 9.8 ounces, 19.5 inches. After 14.5 hours of labor, all I can say is that it was worth it all! I love my lil cuddle bug!!!!
I come from a family of 4 kids and 2 parents whom I love very much. After going to college in Missouri and Minnesota, I settled in Columbus, OH for a while until a new addition to our family meant becoming a stay-at-home Mom. We were living with my parents in our original hometown of Ravenna, OH, but thank God we are now on our own again and living in Parma, OH!!! I am a 29 year old (11/05/79) holistic Christian intellectual over-achiever who loves to help people. I have a husband (Justin), the sunshine of my life who just hit 29 months old (Kieran) and 2 personality-plus cats that I adore (Annie & the late Gwendolyn). My heart has been to work in the ministry, sharing the love and hope of Jesus with everyone I meet, but I am taking time away from that to be a mom and work on my life. Perhaps I will take it up again one day though as I hope to help people. After many devoted years,we have just left the Assemblies of God denomination and are looking for a new church in our area- thinking we might join the Vineyard family but not sure. I am a contemplative glitter goth, an intellectual, and an artist, usually a quiet wallflower but I love the company of sincere friends and would do anything for them. I am called to go to India and bring healing to all the little girls sold in the sex slave trade. I love to travel (been to Venezuela and Mexico City), speak different languages and eat yummy foreign food! I love nature and all forms of art. I also love to sing in the shower and dance in the rain. I'm a hopeless romantic at heart and very much in love with my husband. You can usually find me thinking quietly and playing on my computer! I hope to get to know you more.
Isaiah 53:3 "He was despised and rejected by men, a man of sorrows, and familiar with suffering. Like one from whom men hide their faces he was despised, and we esteemed him not."

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

Amy Carmichael, Mother Theresa, and St. Francis of Assisi.
Actually, who'd I'd like to meet the most is someone I'd like to meet again. His name was Dante and he died on 05/13/2007 while celebrating his 23rd birthday. Apparently it was alcohol and a friend that gave him methadone that took his very life. Strong, smart, hardworking, loving, good looking... everything I could have ever wanted in a little brother. He had sooo much potential...and was stolen from us. I will miss him more than words. Rest In Peace lil bro. We'll be missing you more than words can say.

RIP my lil bro Dante! I'll be missing you! May 9, 1984-May 13, 2007

...with much sorrow I must now bring the news that my kitty Gwendolyn passed away in the arms of a vet who was trying to save her life after the incompetence of her previous vet. details are in my blog above "one more goodbye".
RIP Princess Gwendolyn. July 2003-September 15, 2007. You were the best kitty and friend I could have ever asked for and you will be missed more than words could ever say. I hope to see you again in heaven someday! =^-^=
