We are the Rhode Island Chapter of the Gypsy Queens!
The Gypsy Queens are a Nationwide Tattooed Promotional Team whose goal is to promote a positive image of women with ink. We are a sisterhood, NOT a corporation, that is run entirely by female members. There is No Nudity involved in being a Gypsy Queen. We feel that women should not have to be nude in order to be appreciated for their artwork. We feel that there are many women out there that would be proud to show off their ink if nudity were not involved. The Gypsy Queens do Promotions for Tattoo Conventions, Tattoo Shops, Tattoo Artists, Clothing Lines. Product Lines, Roller Derby Events, Hot-Rod Events, Biker Events, Sideshows, Music Festivals, Photographers, X-Treme Sports Events, Rock Shows, Record Release Parties, Art Galleries, Clubs, & many more! We also like to give back to the community by holding fund raisers & charity events.
Q What is a Gypsy Queen? Gypsy Queens are tattooed models, promotional girls, & sisters that promote a positive image of women with ink at events put together or attened by The Gypsy Queens. Meet & Greets, Tattoo Conventions, Bike Shows, Xtreme Sporting Events, Grand Openings, Charity Events etc.
Q Is there any nudity? NO! The Gypsy Queens, do not condemn girls for getting naked, but we feel that a woman should not have to be nude in order to be appreciated for her artwork. We knew there were many women, of all sizes, shapes, & colors that would be proud to show off their ink if nudity were not involved. Regardless of their reasons whether it be career, children, family or morality, we wanted to provide a place where women would be admired for their artwork, not their asses.

Q Is there an age limit? There is no age limit. We like to have a variety of women. The Gypsy Queens Do Not discriminate. We take women of all shapes, sizes, ethnicities, & ages. This is aboout the love of the art of tattooing, not a fabricated version of what society deems to be "Hot".
Q Do the Models get paid? Not at this time. The Gypsy Queens provide exposer to you as a model through our web pages, appearances at events & our upcoming website theofficialgypsyqueens.com. We randomly select Gypsy Queens to travel with us to events. We provide prearranged transportation & hotel accomodations for select events when possible. We choose Gypsy Queens to be tattooed by our artists at certain events to submitted into contests & tattoo magazines. We also pay entrance fees to select events...
Q Do we provide Tattoos? Yes, We pre-select the Models who are to be Tattooed by our Guest Artists at selected events.
Q Am I bound to "Gypsy Queens" exclusively or can I work with other people? No, we do not have you sign any exclusive contract/agreement. Quite a few of our GQ's have been freelance models for years. All our ladies are free to work with whomever they choose. We do have you sign a Model Release form at any of our events allowing us to use your image on our web pages & website.
