About Me

Don't let my girly pics fool you. I'm a musician, first and foremost. I play lead guitar and have been doing so for a number of years. Click "HERE" to listen to some of my guitar playing samples.
Some say that I'm a walking contradiction. I say that I'm me. If you stick around long enough, you'll see what I mean.
Poetry, Creative writing, and Short stories are also hobbies of mine. Some of my writings can be viewed in my blogggggg section.
Here's a sample:
The Bewitcher of Love:
I never sought out to make my comrade
Dear to all that pertained in my existence.
In thought my hours employ
As I meditate deeply
On the vastness of our relationship.
In the transparent book of my psyche
Printed in black and white
Is every trace of memory between us.
It holds no trace of malice.
Only that which is enjoyable
I find there, floating, hovering, clear as crystal.
I only wish our camaraderie
Would have remained unbroken and undamaged.
The integral element of our familiarity
Was darkly awakened by a slight desire
For more than what was allotted to both you and I.
I have never been so bewitched
By any woman or man
As was I, by you.
As stars in the galaxy glances ever so brightly,
As a melodious symphony of lights flicker far and near,
As a sweet bouquet of Lilies drape across an open field,
So do my thoughts employ and give to worship
That which compelled me to love you.
No other alliance can unlock
The secret in my heart's ethereal throb.
For I have never been so bewitched
By any woman or man
As was I, by you.

Alter-Ego:
I want to get into an all female rock band, something that has some serious chops, tour a few cities, have our fans take off their clothes and toss them on stage (no underwear, please), I want to throw my picks at the crowd, jump off the stage, get jiggy with the drummer, AND the bass player, AND the singers, AND the groupies; have people rush me for autographs, makeout with the hottest fans, and make a lot of money!
Welcome to Ms_shred's World!
In it, you will find someone who's got a great personality and someone who's as goofy as they come. However, there is a serious side to me when the time is necessary. I think that the person who wrote "there's a time and a season for everything...", hit the proverbial nail on the head.
My favorite style of music is Rock/Metal and Alternative. Hey, don't get it twisted...I can get down with Funk, Jazz and R&B too. It's just that I prefer to play Rock-n-Roll. The drive of the music and guitar-leads just appeal to me.
Getting to know the calmer side of me:
I dropped out of Grad School (Psychology), and took up dancing. Currently, I take Jazz and Ballet dance classes during the week, I Surf at least twice a week, and I am in two separate bands. I guess you can say that I've chosen to pursue the artistic side of me instead of the intellectual side. All-in-all, I am pretty happy with what I've chosen to do in life. Maybe I'll go back to grad school (being a Psychologist does pay pretty well), maybe I won't. I guess I'll cross that bridge when I get to it.
You're an Passionate Kisser
For you, kissing is about all about following your urges. If someone's hot, you'll go in for the kiss - end of story. You can keep any relationship hot with your steamy kisses. A total spark plug - your kisses are bound to get you in trouble What Kind of Kisser Are You? Another poem sample:
Again:
Like a rose waiting to bloom,
Like a parched desert waiting for the rain,
Like a deer panting for water,
All of me longs to be with you, again.
I love the harsh, rolling sounds that our bodies make as we are making love.
I especially love it when our deep breathing patterns intertwine with each other, like a beautiful harmonious symphony.
And how when my hands are laid down, and my palms are up, and our fingers are loosely interwoven, I can feel the sweat of your palms intermingling with mine.
If our sweat could talk, I wonder what it would be saying right at that moment.
As I look into your eyes, I know what I am thinking at that moment.
I won't be satisfied until I am with you, again.
