Crysto is someone that is neither unexpected nor planned. Compared to many young youths raised in a tough environment, the 21-year-old rapper, singer and actress comes strong from a convoluted childhood in Racine, WI after being born and raised for 11 years in Chicago, IL. Crysto has fought all her life to try to keep all of her dreams alive. From Music, acting, and business, Crysto is one who has always tried to get it without letting anything come in her way. From high school in the lunch room to the streets Crysto would be seen battling the neighborhood boys and girls for “street cred”. No one would expect the exciting sound that would come out of her mouth but once it did the streets were amazed. When Crysto was just 18 years old she had to put a hold on her dreams. Stepping in and raising 5 of her younger brothers and sisters for 3 years due to a family emergency. Now that the 3 years are up; Crysto has become more motivated then ever. Now she is realizing that if she want to make is somewhere in life she will have to go get it herself. “If I don’t be heard then I know my voice wasn’t as loud as it could’ve been. If I don’t make it I would know that I didn’t try and analyze hard enough.
