i like adrenaline. I'm one of the few girls who ohh's whenever a corvette or old mustang drive past and appreciate the awesome old beauty in it. in rain and wind storms my favorite place to be is on my roof or driving over the floating bridge. i only like long walks on the beach if its in the middle of a torrential downpour or a windstorm at levels close to that of a hurricane. the only thing i still wish for that is the same as when i was little is wings. if i were ever to get a tattoo i would have a full set of wings on my back. my favorite animal is a seagull not because they eat trash but because they are the only birds who enjoy a good storm. i don't like being cold and i hate high school drama. i enjoy doing tech for plays but he people usually get on my nerves. i have a habit of being a bitch and I'm well aware of it. i used to bite my nails until i learned that that is the primary way people get parasites. now i only bite my nails when I'm really nervous or watching a suspense movie. my favorite classes at school are the arts ones when i get to blast bits of metal with a blowtorch and turn ugly strips of brass into shiny jewelry. but i never wear my own work, i usually give it away. the only piece i wear is my rune ring. i like ruins. they help me sort out my thoughts. i like to write poetry but only one in one hundred actually turn out to have any potential in the outside world. of those i only still like one and its a sad one and sounds like your average teenage poetry. i don't like a lot of noise around me unless its good music or a party. it makes me feel claustrophobic and i feel like I'm gonna scream. i don't scream a lot though. i sing even if i cant carry a note and have too deep a voice for most girls. i like to sing and other people idea of a good tune isn't always mine. i can also play the violin fairly well but haven't picked mine up in many many months and am a little rusty. I'm not a kid who fights authority but i question it. my parents say i would have gotten along fine in the sixties or seventies. my room is a mess of old pictures that embody that time period and believe i am a hippie at heart. i enjoy a good party and love to dance. i don't like ti when other people are sad r depressed and it brings me down too. when I'm sad i sleep eat chocolate. i don't have many heros in my life. i like to think I'm original even though i know I'm really not. there is a category of people i admire and thats revolutionaries in a time of struggle. some of the people who get on my nerves are people who fight authority when it is still a legitimate rule and the people who think they are nonconformists but just conform to the way of all their other non conformist friends. i hate math until i understand it and i hate people who have no respect. i also don't like people who take more than they need and don't understand that someone else may need that later. i like spiders and snakes and i really like beetles. i once had a makech bebe (a beetle indigenous to the Yucatan Peninsula) but my mom forgot to feed it while i was on vacation and it died. it cost me one hundred pesos. i love latin america and once I'm out of college I'm going to go travel the whole of central and south america. i go to church but I'm not christian or religious. I'm spiritual. i forgive way too easily. And this is probably the longest thing i have ever written about myself, i hope you enjoyed a peek into my wannabe adventure of a life.
