About Me

“Don’t be afraid your life will end; be afraid it will never begin” Grace Hansen With all the passion and enthusiasm that Kye Cole has for life, he not only broke the shackles of a stressful, unrewarding desk job, he shattered them. He is now fulfilling his dream and living life to the fullest. Kye’s 1st EP - ‘Scenes Like That’ is another major milestone in his career as a musician. ‘Scenes Like that’ is an upbeat country rock EP encompassing thoughtful and image inspiring lyrics that delve into the ideas of luck, fun, love and heartbreak.Although he’s flying high Kye re-enforces the fact that it’s not all good times. Giving up a successful career as an engineer required major sacrifices, none of which would have been possible without the unconditional love and support of his wife who is an inspiration in both life and music. In October of 2003 Kye and his wife relocated from Canada to Australia. Shortly after settling in Kye started work on his music career. In only 5 short years Kye has carved out his own niche in the Brisbane music scene playing at venues such as the “Australian Outback Spectacular,” (2006/2007), “The Mud bulls and Music” Festival (2007/2008), and the Brisbane Exhibition (2008). More recently Kye’s country rock cover band “Coalbucket” was personally invited to be the exclusive live entertainment for the Ewan Race Meet West of Townsville. In addition Kye’s band plays regularly at several local venues both in Brisbane and the Gold Coast.Email me at : [email protected]&nbsp
