I'm Maxine. I'm a writer. I like to write contemporary Scottish fiction. Unfortunatly it seems that the academic world is not for me at present, so I pay my bills by working in a kitchen during the day and an off-licence at night. I recently moved to Largs for a retreat from life but am thinking of moving back to Glasgow soon. I love my family and I love my friends. They make life worth living.
