The Waltzers

The Waltzers are a 4 piece gang o loonies from all over Liverpool, who all have very varied backgrounds. Their singer, songwriter and keyboard player, Livo, is not only a founder member of the Cheshire Hunkpapas Society, but also the inventor of the 'Yes Sir, Cheese My Baby' pizzaTM, the most fun anyone can have with 12", as the brochure says. In his spare time he is also a beloved brother of the keepers of the scrolls of Melvyn 'Ooh Tex' Hayes, this is where he first learned that he was a Waltzer, or at least that's what it sounded like! He was told that there where 3 others and he went off to seek them.
With divinity foremost in his mind he made contact with 2 of them, Jon and Mark. As former members of the 'Women's Auxilliary Balloon Corps' they were expert habidasher's and, of course, extremely well qualified 'Teaser Tom's. They have been essential to the furtherment of The Waltzer's' cause of spreading the message of life, love and unity to the world via the 'Livo Manifesto'.
To find the final Waltzer a missionary expedition to the Indus was called for. After 3 long years travelling through the trackless interior they met Al, the final Waltzer. Legend said he slept by day and each night dined entirely on corduroy. This may have been true, but no-one can say for sure as when the three entered Al's 'Bass-o-Matic' temple all they were faced with was an impenetrable fug of ju-jitsu, marijuana and sweet bass rhapsody, maybe it's the price of plaster's??? They told Al that he was a Waltzer and they all boarded a plane back to Liverpool that day.
With the band complete they decided to again consult the scrolls of Melvyn 'ooh Tex' Hayes for guidance. It became clear that they had to record a little of the Livo manifesto and present it to the world for free. It was also written that this edictation should be known as the 'Country Dancing EP'. And ye, on the 21st day of April 2008 this odyssey became complete.
