I am a football coach that will do whatever it takes to win. No matter what level I am coaching at, my teams will always be ready to win. My last school of employment, they seemed to disagree with my philosphies. It was a shame that I was unable to express my competitive nature and have my young men follow me to victory. People loss sight of that, it's about winning. It doesn't matter how, you get it done!
