Ummmm, silly me! I pretty much covered that in the "about me" section. Did I mention I love singing and songwriting and worship? My newest artistic endeavor is making jewelry...I've always loved rocks so I started a jewelry company called Singing Stones, using all kinds of wonderful gemstones and cool rocks and shells and beautiful stuff from nature. Oh and I love dancing and this lil game called City of Heroes...

What Pattern Is Your Brain?
I have very eclectic tastes when it comes to music. Genres: everything from Jazz, Folk, Christian/spiritual, Reggae, Classic rock, Classical, Celtic, Early Music, World Music, and lots of stuff that defies labels :) Some of my all-time FAVS: Superchick (latest fav), James Taylor, Sting, Sade, Diana Krall, Natalie Cole, Stan Getz, Miles Davis, Ella Fitzgerald, Ollabelle, Dezarie, Matisyahu, Queen Latifah, Seal, Indigo Girls, Ani DiFranco, Capercaille, Tait, Todd Agnew, Jeremy Camp, Casting Crowns, Christafari, Third Day, Mercy Me, Point of Grace, Salvador, John Mayer, Five for Fighting, Jason Mraz, Cat Stevens, Imogen Heap, Cold Play, Goo Goo Dolls, Evanescence, Lacuna Coil, Sarah Brightman, Aria, Anonymous Four, Chanticleer, then don't even get me started on my fav locals like BECAUSE, Nathan Brooks, Patrick Lentz, Mr Zero Knew, Leo Project, No Cause No Cure...list could go on and on...I told ya...bizarrely eclectic...OMG, I almost forgot my own group: GUIDO'S HAND!
Too many to name! I mostly like action/adventures and comedies best because I like movies for the escapism they afford me, but there are many historicals and romantic dramas on my long list too! To name a few of my all-time favs: Chronicles of Narnia, Dangerous Beauty, Oh Brother Where Art Thou (the most cleverly written comedy since Shakespeare), 13th Warrior, the Lord of the Rings trilogy, Shakespeare in Love, Much Ado About Nothing, Seabisquit (I love an under-dog-makes-good story) Braveheart, LadyHawk, all the silly super-hero movies like X-men, League of Extraordinary Gentlemen, and Batman ('cause I love superheroes, and am pretty silly when you come right down to it, lol)...consider this list REALLY truncated as well :)
HEROES, HGTV, National Geographic channel, Discovery channel, Learning channel, History channel, and FoodTV. That being said, I really don't log much tube time, just that when I do take a break to watch, those are what I choose between. And I rarely just sit and watch...I'm usually doing something else at the same time, like sewing or making jewelry!
Ok, we have to break this up into genres...the classics, music, costuming research, psych/medical, college texts (I'm such a nerd I kept most of them! LOL) sci-fi/fantasy, spiritual stuff, even the occasional historical romance! I love everything I have read by CS Lewis. What a brilliant mind. There's this great book called Total Forgiveness by RT Kendall...EVERYONE should read this book and live a lifestyle of forgiveness...this world would be a MUCH better place if we did! And of course the most important one: the Bible!
Greatest super hero ever: Jesus! Also my dad, my mom, sister, husband and kids...all for adversities they've fought to overcome and still are; my friend Gail who fought cancer with humor, dignity and grace...and won the fight, before it extinguished her flame in this plane of existance; Mother Teresa; Dr Martin Luther King Jr; Maya Angelou, Billy Graham; all for their strength, generosity, and for their steadfastness and bravery through adversity of one type or another...this list not yet complete.
