About Me

My name is Tina, someday I would like to get paid for writing, for now I sell office supplies...which is exactly as exciting as it sounds. Perhaps someday I'll run a restaurant, until then, you'll have to come to my house for food and drink.

My Interests

Writing, playing Scrabble and socking it to the man. Having shots of Sailor Jerry with friends and generally having the best time tht I can.

I'd like to meet:

New friends. Not just the kind that will be on the outside with bail when you're sitting in the pokey, but the kind that will be on the jail cell bench right next to you. Come and have a drink with me. Cheers!

Music:

Cat Steven's Greatest Hits is my new favorite album, check out Flight of the Conchords if you haven't yet. I also dig Weezer, Bowie and Queen. I generally like bad pop music becuase it's bad and really good classic rock. I prefer to purchase singles and I have a rabid hatred of Mexican polka because I grew up in a barrio and that shit ain't fun at 10 in the morning on Sundays.

Movies:

My favorite genre is the horror film, if it can scare me, great, if it can make me laugh, even better! I like the works of Romero, Tarantino, Takashi Miike, Eli Roth, and Matt Stone and Trey Parker. I don't think Ash vs. Michael Meyers would ever work, but I think if there were ever an Ash vs. Brisco County Jr. movie, I'd shit my pants.And Hot Fuzz is the greatest action movie. Ever.

Television:

Family Guy, South Park, The Critic, and The Simpsons are my favorite animated shows of all time. I also love Penn & Teller's BS! and Dead Wood. I also believe It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia is possibly one of the best tv comedies. Ever.

Books:

The entire Hitchhiker's guide to the Galaxy, all of Palahniuk's books,just about anything by Frank Herbert and Jonathan Kozol and a Tree Grows in Brooklyn by Betty Smith. Message me if you've got a good book to recommend.

Heroes:

Pimps. Because they get women to go out and have sex for money, and then they convince these women to give them the money. Gotta love a pimp.
