This is the story of Concordia.
My name is Phillip Peters. When i was 12 years old i decided to play the guitar and bass. When i was 15, i made a decision to by a home studio with a drum program. I figured that all the music deserved to come out, but since i couldn't play drums i settled for a program. I wrote and recorded "Never", "Breath of Life", "Still Fine", and many others.
I was happy with my music, but realized that I really needed to get a real drummer. So i spoke with a friend i was currently in a band with and he agreed to play with me. He asked me if i'd considered taking vocal lessons. When he said that i realized i was not made for the microphone. So i called my longest friend, Josh Colburn. I told him about my music and how i would like to have him sing with us. He also added guitar lines to a few of my new songs, "IDK" and "Sdeeh".
Now that my band was an actual band instead of just me, i needed a bass player. So I went back to my old band and asked the bass player if he was interested. To make a long story short, after almost 6 months of our band doing nothing, i had to make a tough decision. I decided to change up and add two new members. I first brought in my friend Jesse Eastwood, but i put him on bass instead of his main instrument guitar. I then spoke to my old friend David Jacoby about filling in on drums. After some more frustration and time, our original drummer Jesse Bowling rejoined the band.
Now we just work on composing songs that speak about our lives, our good times, and struggles. We try to make music that relates to all of our fans and friends. We hope you can fall in love with this music as much as we have.
