What about me? Hmmm....
I'm 57... although I'm not really sure how that happened. :o)
I live in a small town in Indiana.
I find beauty in almost anything with the exception of war, trash and abuse of any kind.
I believe that everyone is entitled to their own beliefs. I believe in God. The one who will not fail us.
I love the beauty of nature.
I love lightning storms, walking in the rain without a care in the world, feeling the mud ooze between my toes, the first bluebells blooming in the spring.

I still love swinging with my grandkids and see who can go the highest.
Watching my kids and grandkids smile and to hear their voice and cherish it forever.
The love of family, closeness of friends.
I'm very easy to get along with, easy to love, hard to forget. That's ME!

My Interests

My husband and I have been married for 39 years. We have four children, three girls and one boy. There are seven grandchildren, four boys and three girls.

My husband and I are both retired.
We love traveling.
We have a lily pond and a Koi pond that we enjoy.
I love gardening. I have several different types of lilies, daisys, black eyed susans, irises, bluebells, spiderworts, peonies, hostas, and a few herbs tossed in. To many more to mention.

Birdwatching is a very relaxing past time of mine. Love walking in the woods and capturing different types of birds on my camera.

I love to take long walks through the woods. I like to go to my quiet place by the waterfalls, sit, read and to reflect.
It brings peace to my soul.

Frail Destiny
You broke a thousand hearts on your way to mine. Then you tore through a thousand lonely souls and shattered a thousand dreams. Did you think a twist of fate brought you to my door? Now I watch as you move on, following the scent of loneliness. I stand here quietly, eyes filling with tears. You have gone down the trail of desperation to find another victim. She will smile unaware like I did in the months before . But time will be kind to me, as it is to most gentle souls. My heart seems to break like twigs in the howling winds of the night. I will miss you on lonely nights. But I can not hate what I pity so much nor condem that which has condemned itself.....

I enjoy all kinds of music, but country music is my favorite.

P.S. I Love You!
is by far the best love story. You need a box of tissues to watch it. If you have ever loved, you know the heartache of loosing.

I enjoy all the Harry Potter movies.

I really love Pirates of the Carribean. Love Jack Sparrow

Books:

Anything that will hold my interest past the first chapter. I'm a big fan of James Patterson. I just finished reading his new book "Sail".

Heroes:

My grandson Jackson. He is the most loving person, he has a heart of gold. He faces challenges daily that some of us would never face in our lifetime, he is autistic. I love him with my whole heart and help him to have a normal life. He is my Hero.
