About Me

While the members of Station X's list of former bands is impressive (Leviathan, Snow Dragon, Blind Rage, The Moles, Brok'n, Sol Mission, Project X, Glory, Rukus[precursor to Angellic Rage], Iminence, etc), Station X sounds little like any of them. Instead, they deliver a progressive-tinged hard rock sound that is fresh and relevent, with songs that stick in your head.
Formed in March 2007, Station X has already rocked the stages of Herman's Hideaway, The Toad Tavern, Iliff Park Saloon, Cricket on the Hill, and Brando's- to a great crowd response.
All members were a part of the Englewood, CO band Snow Dragon 20+ years ago, and the time was right to reform a great rock & roll band. Come to a show and see & hear for yourself!
They've began recording their debut EP, look for it sometime this Summer!

My Interests

Music:

Band Members: Randy Jaymz - Vocals, Guitar

Frank Escobedo - Guitar

James Escobedo - Bass, Keys

Dan Kuhl - Drums
Influences: There's so many, but off the top of my head: Led Zeppelin, Rush, Iron Maiden, Queensryche, Judas Priest, Yes, & Fates Warning.
Sounds Like: At a hidden location 50 miles outside London, Britain's best-kept secret played a major part in winning World War II. At Bletchley Park, some 10,000 people worked around the clock, but nobody knew of their existence. Bletchley Park, known as STATION X, was the largest code-breaking establishment the world had ever seen, where in hastily constructed huts brilliant minds worked to crack German codes. The full story would not emerge for at least 30 years after the war had ended. In the history of warfare, never before had one site known so many of the enemy's secrets. The people who worked at STATION X came from all walks of life; anthropologists, paleontologists, mathematicians and crossword fanatics.
