Jove DJ was born in Linares but started his musical career in Concepción. As a child he studied a wide variety of instruments, and no musical style in particular, until he started to spin records when he was 15 years old. After a while he heard hardtechno. Eventually he ended up creating and releasing his own schranz in collaboration with DJ Akira under the name of Oxyurosis. When he was confident enough, he released solo works and continued to work with other artists. His latest collaborations include works with Haste (Rumania), Kill Brothers (Polonia) and Xhe (Portugal).

He's also working as a producer and manager of the netlabel Noisy Recruits, which includes artists such as Uri-66 (España), Zheta (España), Nööisis (Venezuela) Arans (Venezuela), Christopher Go (Mexico), X-Sane (Chile) and Daniela Haverbeck (Chile)
