"Karmatic" 2nd SOLO ALBUM COMPLETE!***Bio*** I am a musican living in the Burlington, VT area. I recently moved back from San Diego, where I was the songwriter, lead singer and one of two guitar players for the now-defunct band Silent Type. I just finished recording my second solo album entitled "Karmatic" it is a follow up to my previous acoustic solo work "California and the Wave Goodbye" Both albums were recorded at Snowleopard Labs with engineer Duane Becker. All of the Instruments (vocals, guitars, bass, keys and drums) were performed by me on these albums in addition to writing all of the songs. It's hard and very fun work. I would have no problem spending a day or 365 in the studio playing, writing, and recording my music. I love it and I hope you do too. "Bald Melon Blaze" is a name given to me by Shane Paxton (drummer for Silent Type). Before Silent Type dis-banded, I played a song for him that I wrote called Down by the River (track 2 on California and the Wave Goodbye). He thought the song was great and because of it's bluesy/angry feel he jokingly said, "You should call yourself Bald Melon Blaze" so it stuck in my mind and is what I go by now. Thanks Shane.
