As young as 19 while attending University his love for underground dance music became a passion and the adolescent was able to balance his studies, weekend Dj gigs, hosting a Dance program on the University Radio Station, and working part time for Miami's best Vinyl Shops such as Music World & Grooveman Music. It was here that he first learned about music business specifically in the underground electronic market. And it was here that he learned about Winter Music Conference and conversed on a one-to-one basis once a year with the biggest of Dj names he admired on a one-to-one basis.
Time got shorter for the student as Music Production was added to the list of everyday hobbies. It seemed to pay off. First productions such as "Aconoserme" made it to John Digweed's "Transitions" Radio Show, "Scarface received support from Nick Warren, "Perverted Dream" from Hernan Cattaneo, and "Behold Malfunction" from Chris Fortier. With good luck so far he made the bold decision to open a business while attending Business School at the University, and in 2003 at the early age of 21 years Ariel opened Behold Recordings Music Label. Behold was purposely created to provide Miami with an outlet of distinct and quality Electronic Dance Music, unlike the current “all Electro†or “all Tribal†sets provided by the same DJ’s of the time. Behold succeeded in doing just that and has played a major role in consistently providing Miami and the rest of the world quality Electronic Dance Music. You can currently check out all of Behold's music and special Dj sets from artists around the globe including Ariel G on its monthly Proton Radio Show "Behold Miami" (www.protonradio.com).
By the first half of his Twenties he has been lucky enough to call many clubs his home. Of all, his time at "Club Space" in Downtown Miami helped jumpstart his DJ career most profoundly. Currnetly as a DJ/Producer/Label Owner who is always on the run, Ariel has been privileged to share the DJ booth with the likes of Sasha, Pete Tong, Desyn Masiello, Steve Angello, Sebastien Leger, Nic Fanciulli, Sander Kleinenberg, Steve Lawler, Sharam, Roger Sanchez, Ceballos, Oscar G, Cedric Gervais, Eelke Kleijn, Emjae, Add2Basket and many others.
