In an industry where recognition usually takes years to gain but can be so easily forgotten, smashing through the house music gates is Audio Misdemeanour. One of the most enthusiastic and fresh DJ’s to hit the industry, Daniel carries a simple success theory - music first, zero attitude. A winner of the 2008 Australian Pioneer Pro DJ Comp People's Choice award, you can find him rattling the walls of clubs throughout Sydney, Australia and far reaches of the globe with the sole intention of bringing you 'house music' - in all of its shapes and forms.
At a young age Daniel quickly became used to the phrase ‘turn it down!’ Little did he know these words would continue to echo many years later (thanks mum!) From humble beginnings Daniel bought his own equipment and became a self taught beat mixer. Constantly practicing and perfecting his mixing, every night out would see him closely observing the DJ, the process, the music, the crowd and mentally take notes that one day he would have the chance to emulate his favourite DJs.
After a number of years behind the scenes with a passion to play music, the journey officially began in 2007 when Daniel decided to try his luck mixing it up in the club scene. Starting off as the DJ who picked up the early sets in bars and clubs across Sydney, unphased by large crowds and countless critics he was relentless in pursuit of every available set to showcase his talent, build his club experience and push promo mixes at anyone who would spare a minute to listen to them.
His success is self created by making a lasting impression on every ear and club his music has aroused. Daniel brings a unique fusion of funky, vocal and electro house sourced from around the globe. His sets are often described as 'blistering' and known to spontaneously raise hands in the air and command dancefloors into a frenzy leaving nothing behind at the end of the night but cries of 'one more!!!'
