My Interests

I'd like to meet:

I was born and raised in San Diego where I also attended college, majoring in television and film production. I began my professional writing career at a local cable TV station writing marketing videos, promotional spots and public service announcements, some of which still haunt the airwaves.Blinded by the dazzling lights of Hollywood, I headed north to Los Angeles where I earned my MA in screenwriting, met my husband, adopted a semi-bald Cairn Terrier named Wiggins, and settled into a career in the interesting but strange world of the entertainment industry.A dedicated Anglophile, history and film buff, I love combining my passion for history and storytelling through romantic fiction. A published poet, my poems have appeared in numerous literary journals. When not writing, I can be found reading non-fiction history books and enjoying any movie with a costume and an accent.

When you care enough to burn the photos.

Last week, I was amusing myself with a little antiquing. In the back of one crowded store near the used book section, I found a stack of old photographs from the 1950s. The photos weren't your usual...

Gimme a little Guy of Gisborne

Normally, I love just about everything on BBC America. However, I can't get in to Robin Hood. Robin Hood looks like a juvenile delinquent hoodie and there are too many holes in the plot for me to susp...
