I am here for Dating and Friends

About Me

My name is Lauren, and I am 22 years of age and I recently graduated from Sheffield Hallam University, with a degree in Film and English Literature. I enjoy visiting historical places, and am very intrested in history. I have particularly enjoyed Tudor history since I was a young girl, and even more so now as an adult because I now understand more now about it then I did then. Over the past two years, I have regnited my passion of visiting historical places. This was probably started when my aunt took me to the Museum of Childhood in Derbyshire where I had the experince of being down a mine, and being in a Victorian school room (where I cried, because the teacher was VERY realistic).Over the past year, I have become very intrested in Spritulism and the Spiritulist movement. I'm not sure why I developed this interest, it seem to develop around the same time as my depression. Now, I don't claim that I have seen a ghost, but I would very much like to have the chance to find out. Though I think I may be a little foolish in saying that, because you never know!I'm a person of very conflicting interest, as well as my passion for history. I am also a fan of the Punk movement, my favorite band of all time being the Sex Pistols. As you can probably see from my profile layout, I am quite a fan of Sid Vicious (John Simon Ritchie). I'm also an autograph collector, and have various celebrities and have gone to several sci-fi and TV conventions. I am also a fan of science fiction and fantasy.I would like to apologise for my bad spelling and punctuation. This is something a score of English teachers have tried to cure. But I am Dyspraxic and when it comes to such things I do struggle.
I created my own myspace layout using nUCLEArcENTURy.COM and you should too! Myspace Extended Network Banners

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

Anyone really. Prefirably people who share simillar interests as myself, people who enjoy good literature, and a good chat.As for celbs: Gary Oldman, Helena Bonham Carter, Tim Burton, David Tennant, John Barrowman, Stephen Fry.And if I could build a TARDIS and go back in time, I should like to meet: Oscar Wilde, Arthur Conan Doyle, Anne Boleyn, Elizabeth I, Arthur Rimbaud, Paul Verlaine, Mary Shelly, Catherine Howard, Owain Glyn Dwr.(You say Glen Dower I shall glare at you most horribly!)Unfortunately I don't like to add people who turn there profiles on private unless you contact me first, I am a very open person but I don't like being tricked. So, if your profile is on private, I am very afraid that I shan't accept your friend request not unless I know you previously, or you have a good reason. Thanks.
