Otis, Crossed is an independent action thriller that introduces us to a young assassin named Frank Archer (Otis) who is obsessed over the horrifying experience of seeing his father (Jerry Murdock), once an assassin himself, die at the hands of an unknown assailant. Desperate for the truth and guilt-ridden over his inability to save his childhood hero, Frank quickly follows in his father’s footsteps as a killer for hire in a seedy underworld dominated by his mentor and mob boss Borriello (Henry Borriello). However, as the years go by and his more personal relationships begin to crumble in the wake of his quest for redemption, Frank becomes impatient with its inability to bring light to his haunted past and decides to dig deeper. When he does, Frank discovers the return of another even more sadistic assassin known only as The Ripper (Rodriguez) whose brutal methods and relentless onslaught of Borriello’s empire suggests an even deeper connection to the night of his father's death then he could have possibly imagined. Through their eventual encounter Frank reveals not only the stark truth that had been eluding him for the past five years, but an even more shocking one bout the reality of his job and the person he has become.
