F-AZT PROJECT
F-AZT is a union of two researchers, Giancarlo"AZT" Bianchini and Francesco"FUZZ" Brasini, coming from different areas and experiences who compare themselves to create a new project. This fusion not only develops itself in one direction but wants to cross all boundaries in electronic and noise music. This creates a fusion of different languages linked to ambivalent ideas, giving birth to a sound travel, a visceral and introspective run through suspending atmospheres able to overturn continuously.
GIANCARLO BIANCHINI (AZT / HOTEL NUCLEAR)
Actor, scenographer, sound designer and DJ from the end of the 80’s started to work on different projects linked to installation, performance and video with a particular interest in developing new forms “hi/low technology”. From 1994 to 2000 he started to work as an active member in the MOTUS theatre project attending to scenography, installation, performance, and sound design. He currently has a personal video/musical project ( HOTEL NUCLEAR), he collaborates with different Italian and foreign groups and participates in event organization.
Francesco “FUZZ” Brasini
Guitarist,sound researcher,he has been working in the musical world since the end of 80’s participating in different projects in Italian and foreign groups and experimenting with different music styles: from new wave to electronic/industrial, from funk to psychedelic music. He uses different instruments and bases his research on a minimal sound, on the creation of effects and atmospheres far from didactic and prearranged schemes. At the moment he works in the cultural association OFFICINA49 and collaborates with "AZT" and "ZAPRUDER FILMMAKERS GROUP" in the organization of musical and artistic events.
