Bigfoot County

About Me

Bigfoot County first graced its fans presence on the magical evening of April 21st, 2006 at Dan Topolski's and Franco Rodriguez's 25th birthday extravaganza. Elk's Lodge had no idea this would spawn numerous occasions of music and debauchery. Bigfoot County then began playing open mic nights at numerous drinking holes such as The Vault. They began to bring more people in for themselves than were at the bar beforehand. This, and this moment alone, was when they decided to move up in the small world of Fort Collins. They began booking bi-weekly gigs at the O'Dell Brewery and monthly gigs at Avogadro's Number. Things were moving on. The only issue facing Bigfoot County and many other numberous bands, there was no solidified bass player. From using Matt from Head for the Hills for a few gigs and just going bassless, they needed something solid. They turned to Phix. Yes, that Phish cover band everyone loves so much. Enter, Brian Adams number 2. For the last gig of Bigfoot County (as Franco was moving to South Korea for one year) Brian Adams # 2 (but number 1 in our hearts) played a wonderful gig at Avo's. A magical night. The songs here on our site are from that splendid evening. Please enjoy and stay tuned for upcoming shows. Franco is gone for now, but Brian and Mark are still playing. This must be the place! Oh, and remember, great fans make great bands!
