Well I guess what's not so obvious from my pics or listed on my profile are that I'm about 5'8", 155 lbs. I've been out of the Air Force & back home in L. A. since March 2001.

06 May 2010 I was about 180 when I started going to the gym back in January. My metabolism shifted into high gear about a month ago after starting weight training & I was losing anywhere between a half to 2 pounds a day.

I was down to 150 a couple of weeks ago, but now my weight has stabilized to between 154 to 157 after those who cared enough made sure I was eating 4 full meals a day.

They know who they are & to them I say an enthusiastic, "Thank you!" or more properly should I say, "Shukran jazeelan!" or even better, "Allah be-jazeek!"... ;)
