Hi name is Reuel Rivera, born on August 1, 1975 in Bayamon Puerto Rico, but raise in Toa Baja a town call Sabana Seca at a earlier age I had already the passion for music as a little boy I would take the big cans of crackers and make them ass a drumm and also I would take the wooden hangers and take the stiks of them and use them ass my drums stiks . Until I reach my 15 years thats when i really started to hear more and more music and I started to hear the beat of the drums and felt in love with it like any other young musician started playing in church I have learn of how to play the drums By a great teacher el maestro Cesar Rivera he is a great drummer . At the age of 17 I started playing with a ministry call Alabanza y Uncion wish with that ministry I had the honor to play with great musician and travle with them we got to play in the barrio for the first time in a cristian stage it was a great expiriance for me in my life . The time past by and I started to play the congas in a small crisitian salsa band for about a year after that I play for the church and in that time my two freind Rafael Morales and Harlington Ariza we dicided to form a small group to play spacial songs but from their we form the group Eluzai at the same time I also play with a ministry call Bread of Life as the main drummer their I had the honor to play with profecional musicians and learn alot from them and thank them for that time. Today Im playing with Eluzai and Im the main conguero in the group and I have a great mentor teacher and freind that is teaching me the way to play the congas my teacher Eddie Montalvo he is a bless man and a great teacher and freind .
