As the Sky Burns hails from Milan, Indiana, and have been through a few member changes since they first formed. The band has finally found its final line- up, and the chemistry between the members is better than ever. As the Sky Burns has been playing shows in Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky, and they tour whenever they can, and have toured North Carolina, Florida, and Georgia, and plan on touring every weekend, also with a few bigger tours in the summer. As the Sky Burns will be recording brand new tracks very soon with producer Bobby Leonard of Paper Tiger Studios in early 2009. The plan to do a lot and feel that they have a lot ahead of them in 2009. They bring a high-energy and a very passionate performance to their live show, and really love what they do. The band pulls their sound from bands such as The Devil Wears Prada, A Day To Remember, and Sky Eats Airplane. They love what they do and they work as hard as they can for what they love. They leave it all on the stage and can barely walk off when they are done playing.Some of the members of the band are Christians, but we are not a Christian band. We believe in being open to new things, which kind of explains our sound, because we try to bring something different to the table in a genre that can be overdone at times.Oh and if you see any of us outside of the stage and such or at concerts, don't hesitate to come up and talk, we love to meet every single one of you, We Don't Bite!! We also leave meeting and talking to everyone we can, because if it wasn't for you we wouldn't be where we are today, so we would love to talk or you talk to us!
