What am I interested in? Lots of stuff! Everything from museums to camping, cooking for friends to shibari…I have an insatiable thirst for knowledge so I love learning new concepts and ideas and being exposed to new and different activities. I like things that are off the beaten path…but I also enjoy the mainstream stuff as well.You can find me dancing in a club or reading a good book on the couch. You might find me at the Sturgis bike rally or a five star restaurant. I love the outdoors and find peace sitting in the wild or on a beach watching the surf. I love to make people laugh and often do so with my silly antics. I can have fun doing anything, really…I am interested in people, in their stories and their experiences. I would like to meet people from every walk of life…but I tend to gravitate towards the free thinkers in the crowd. I enjoy people who are not afraid to go against the grain and to just do their own thing even if society doesn’t necessarily think it’s the coolest thing.I am the sort of chick who will discuss every taboo topic with you on a first date or as casual conversation. I am not exactly PC. But that is what makes me who I am right? I like gutsy people who aren’t afraid to do the same, but don’t worry I have plenty of PC friends who I drive insane…so I appreciate the best of both worlds.I like to surround myself with optimistic people who can have fun doing just about anything and don’t need to “do†something for entertainment. I have too much freaking homework to watch tv...but when I can: Sci-Fi Channel- Discovery Channel- PBS- (I told you I am a super nerd)
Thrillers (James Patterson, Tom Clancy, Patricia Cornwell, Richard Preston), biographies of all sorts of people from Cleopatra to Hitler, conspiracy theory books, medical journals, too many text books….(I guess I don’t really like all of those!). I am a voracious reader, so I have three or four books in progress at all times.
