In the winter of 2005, Amee and Mike decided to form the band "Jonas First Date".
The band was created with the common agreement to commit to performing with energy in the most professional manner possible.
For music for one and all.
On their shoulders they have almost twenty years in music and in the italian punk scene.
Mike was a former member of Five O's a Savonese punk band (3 albums, one on the label “AMMONIA RECORDSâ€).
Amee sang in Danny's Wednesday, a Genoan pop punk band well known in all Europe (3 albums, one on the label "HIGH SOCIETY INTERNATIONAL REC.") .
They then released their first recording "Sunday" for the "LOVE KILLS Cloting Compilation Volume 1".
This new music project pleased and piqued the curiosity of listeners.
"SUNDAY" was released on MySpace and today we can find it on the pages of different people spread all over the world!
In the February of 2007 the band registered its first album, "SUGAR, SPICE & PENICILLIN", composed from 11 pieces.
"SUNDAY" is on the CD but in a different version.
The disc is produced by Olly, guru of the Italian underground, voice and guitar of the band "THE FIRE" (former SHANDON).
Olly was a big part in producing the CD but also played a part in performing and singing on some tracks.
In March 2007 the band began to perform LIVE.
After some changes JONAS has found the winning formula.
The band is happy and the songs have had a good impact with their fans.
