Houlette launch their long-awaited single, Pine Island, from their forthcoming album, to be released through Melbourne label, EXO Records (Apache Beat, The Night Terrors, The Slits...).
Imbued with a distinct piquancy, Pine Island has all the warmth and feel of something sublimely tropical. Rich with the sound of tribal drums, glittering harp, melodic bass lines and sweet vocal harmonies, it stands as a beautiful introduction to Houlette's debut record.
Houlette will be joined by fellow Melbourne's bands, Sly Hats and Gold Tango.
