Iggy Kessel

Ignacio Kessel (Iggy) was born in Buenos Aires Argentina, the gauchos land (cowboys) He moved to Canada in 1996. Making his home town Calgary, Alberta. He's got his first guitar when he was 2 years old and since then never gave up playing. Instructed by James Tobias and Jorge Dipascua remarkable guitar players and teachers from Buenos Aires. He plays a variety of styles of music like rock, jazzfusion, coutry and bluegrass. Since his early days had been playing with many different bands in Buenos Aires some of them very popular in the 80's like "Los Barbaros". Here in Canada playing with recording artis like Ray Griff, Val Leroy, Rooster in a hen house. Currently he is playing lead guitar for country singer Rob Russell
