I am a happily married writer who enjoys movies, music food, laughing and having a funky good time with friends. My day job is at the Palm Springs Museum, what people don't know is that it's really the place I go and hang out with my friends all day, look at art and pontificate on a diverse array of subjects, with visitors from all over the world. Not a bad gig! My passion is writing mostly in the medium of comic books. Inspired by the great writers and artists of the Silver Age (1961-1991) I have been writing stories for the last 20 years, and have created IMHO the most exciting and newest characters in history, I just simply need a couple of hungry and reliable artists who can help me complete my vision! My second passion is collecting action figures. It started when I was too young to play with the ones that were out in the 70's. Years later, I bought all the superheroes I ever wanted! (approx. 300)In addition, I have been a lifelong (since age 3) GI Joe fan I have about 200 of the 3.75 scale and 40 of the 1/6 scale. (that's 3 3/4 inches & 12 inches in layman's terms)fter 9 years of searching, hard work and patience, I have recreated the Adventure Team, along with it, I wrote what I feel is the definitive history of the Adventure Team, ask me about it, I'd be happy to share it with you (apparently, Hasbro wasn't) That's cool, I enjoyed doing it. And I will tell anyone who asks me and say it loud; I'M A GEEK AND I'M PROUD ! I watched way too much TV as a child and read the same amount of comic books one summer in 1987, (along with the entire Encyclopedia Britanica) and perhaps it is that which has colored ( or as my wife puts it "warped" ) my perception of the world. My view is that as long as you are not breaking any laws or hurting anybody do what you like; People are going to hate you no matter what, so you might as well do what you want!

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

I guess I'd have to divide it into two sections; living and dead. Living: Jesus Christ, Bill Clinton, Bill Gates, Dave Chappelle, Kevin Smith, Steven Speilberg, George Lucas, Hulk Hogan, Eddie Vedder, Metallica, Linkin Park, Coldplay, Stan Lee, John Byrne, Avery Brooks, Montel Williams. Dead: Jimi Hendrix, Bruce Lee, Martin Luther King Jr. Malcolm X, Thurgood Marshall, Barry White, Yul Brunner, Steve Mcqueen, Otis Redding, James Brown, James Baldwin, Richard Wright, Octavia Butler, Jerry Goldsmith Essentially on both lists these are examples of people who overcame the odds and acheived success on their terms.
