About Me

Surfrider Foundation was founded in 1984 by Glen Hening, Lance Carson and Tom Pratte, and the Santa Barbara Chapter of Surfrider Foundation was created in 1992 by a dedicated group of surfers and beach enthusiasts who wanted to make sure that the beaches they enjoyed so much would be preserved for future generations.

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

Ocean Enthusiasts who want to get involved and make a difference. This can be done by volunteering to help out at events, writing letters to the County Board of Supervisors, Planning Commission and California Coastal Commission, or by donating money to our cause.
