SARAH JAYNE STABLER

About Me

Sarah Stabler is a York born singer/sonqwriter and has been described as having a fresh & easy listening style with melodic and soothing tones. Having graduated 7 years ago with a degree in Musical Theatre, Sarah has focused mainly on her prefered area of singing and has appeared at various venues and competitions around the York area bagging 2nd place in York's Strung Out 2005. In 2006, Sarah supported the Cavern Beatles and Killer Queen at York Races Musical Spectacular Event which was aired live on Channel 4 but unfortunately never managed to get a copy so if anyone has one, pass it on! More recently Sarah's vocals have featured on signed material with AATW Records on Clubland 11 with Killa Deejays, (although she does feature under the name of just 'Sarah' as Stabler apparently sounds naff)!... With other dance tracks recorded and currently in production with AATW Sarah has also lent a hand at writing tracks for the label as well as featuring her vocals - watch this space for future releases.... Currently in a function band called 'The Players' singing a wide variety of catchy covers from Primal Scream right through to Lulu, Sarah also plays gigs with an easy listening acoustic set acompanied by Rich Tull on guitar. In the meantime Sarah continues to write and perform her original material acompanied on guitar by the awesome York musician/singer/songwriter - Andy Stones... .. ..
