We are Barely Legal, a young Northwest band from our little local town called Winsford in Cheshire.
Barely Legal's music style is a dark progressive alternative sound, for this this we are influenced by the sounds of Punk, Garage, Indie, Psychedelic and etc. We like our music played with fast fat beats and bass lines with screaming guitar effects.
For live purposes we throw a great show hoping to catch an audiences eye with an immense show with our style of music blasting out to you!
As a band we like to hang around together having a good time by listening and making music, Pratting about like a bunch of dopes and socializing with a beverage. Most of all we like to meet new people, socialize and make new friends.
We have come along way with our music by starting out as a cover band, but we have always had our ambition of creating a style of music we have always wanted to play and create and we decided it was the time and now it has payed off for us and we are very happy with it.On the way we had a lot of help and fun with our friends Paycheck Who we have supported in various venues and our friends the Lost City Ramblers (R.I.P.) for helping us get around with them as a support act to. And Our new friends The Shallow Call from when we were asked very nicely to support them at one of their gigs which we had made good conversation and friendship, which then led to where we are today.
We are currently about to record our brand new E.P. for one of our famous tracks called "Out Of The Line".The E.P.
