About Me

I've struggled most of my life being a yo yo dieter. I know how hard it is to lose weight and keep it off. This time I made the decision to change my LIFE because I want to live, not just lose a few lbs. I was at 46% body fat on November 10, 2003. I am now at 16% body fat and I feel better than I ever did before. I have lost 75 lbs of fat and gained 20 lbs of muscle. I have a long ways to go before I reach my goals, and each time I get close...I will re-set them :). Trust me when I say, I understand how hard it can be. I gave up drinking alcohol, smoking cig, eating junk food. Sometimes taking the time to make most of my own meals and checking labels can be a pain and time consuming, but it really is worth it! I take it One Day at A Time. I continually reach out for encouragement and help. We were never meant to be islands...and I could never have made it through all I've been through without the love, support and encouragement of my friends and family. I am very blessed to have them all... many of you are here on my page. Thank you~I love you all.
