About Me

My name's Alex... I'm about to turn 28 soon, I have been living in Syracuse for almost two years, after finishing my 6 year contract w/ the US Navy... I'm originnally from New York City metro area... I love to Travel, Being in the Navy has taken me all over the World and I plan on seeing the rest of it for myself...I like to stay active and really enjoy the outdoors, I prefer anything having to do w/ mountains, but living on the beach for the last few years hasn't exactlly facilitated that. The beach was great, and I've enjoyed getting up for my daily morning jog along the shore to watch the sun rise. Yet I'm looking forward to Camping, Hiking, Climbing and anything else that gets the blood pumping...

It's all based on Mood and what I'm doing...Modern Pop: Driving in Traffic and on long trips / Dance-Electronica: Working Out, Waking Up, Going Out / Alternative-Rock: Most of the rest of the time

Movies:

I find most comedy to be stupid, I find most horror movies too funny to watch, and I can enjoy a good action or scifi/fantasy film, I find documentaries and foriegn films to be facinating while most gay cinema is just downright depressing

Television:

I like to watch the Fox Soccer Channel and try to catch a game of the English Premier League... other than that, I don't watch any television at all

Books:

Graphic Novels (ie - Comic Books), I got into reading Comix when I was in the Military... I'm predominantly a Marvel fan and I was originally just into X-men, but I've also learned to appreciate other teams such as the Avengers, Fantastic Four and even a few DC titles such as JSA & JLA
