ABOUT AURORA:
Aurora is an 18 year old singer/songwriter from Albany, New York. She has been singing, playing piano, and guitar for years. Currently she has over 40 songs written and 18 songs officially copyrighted. She has been performing locally for the past year and just recently opened up for the MyPop8tour and shared the stage with national recording artists Monet and Nu-Tren for Springfest 2007. Around the area she has played in the locals malls, Borders, cafes and numerous benefit concerts for organizations. She has also produced and songwritten with some local record labels. One of her songs is featured on the Shine in the Music series complimation cd. Last year she was in Cosmogirl Magazine and featured on their website for her song "Just A Phase" which finished within the top ten out of one thousand other songwriters in a national songwriting contest. She is currently in the studio working on an album that is set to be released during the summer of 2007. Next year she will be majoring in Music Industry at Suny Oneonta and hopes to pursue a career as a singer/songwriter in the music industry.
