About Me

I have just moved back to Birmingham from California. I moved out there in 2001 and lived in Santa Cruz, San Jose, and Ventura. It was a wonderful experience that made me into the person I am today, but I realized after graduating from college that it was time to come home.................OK. I am a silly, funny, goofy, smart, sweet, giving, demanding, understanding, and eccentric girl. I don't like people who are fake and shallow or who are selfish and or self-centered. People in my life are only those who feel free to be themselves and are happy in their own skin.Life is way too short!Aside from that I am of Native American (Cherokee and Choctaw) and German decent. Much more German of course. I was born and raised in the south (Georgia, Mississippi, and Alabama) and am very proud of my roots.I am very sensitive wearing my heart on my sleeve and therefore will not let that many people close to me unless I am sure of their character.I absolutely love music and can't live without it!Lastly, I know what I want out of life and will eventually have the things that I strive for. Music:

I'm such a music junkie!!! I like jazz, blues (especially Miles Davis and Billie Holiday). I love all rock mostly older more classic stuff like Lynyrd Skynyrd, Led Zepellin, the Cars--all the classics. I don't like country except the awesome Johnny Cash and Willie Nelson. I do however like blue grass music--much better than shite country music....I love punk rock like the Ramones, the cramps, Nofx, Bad Religion, the Dead Kennedy's, Suicidal tendencies, the Misfits....and on and on...I like some newer bands like Weezer, System of a Down, and the White Stripes. My most favorite new band is The Music. They are amazing in concert!!!I love metal bands like Pantera, Slayer, and good old Black Sabbath.I also like: Bauhaus, Radiohead, The Cure, ACDC, Tool, Massive Attack, The Mars Volta, Insane Clown Posse, Tupac, Biggie, Snoop,and much much more....

Movies:

Every southern girls favorite Gone With the Wind, True Romance, The Little Mermaid, The Fifth Element, Princess Mononoke, Warriors of the Wind, Breakfast at Tiffany's, Sabrina, Roman Holiday, My Fair Lady, An Affair to Remember, Casablanca, Goonies, 16 candles, Pretty in Pink, The Breakfast Club, Evil Dead 2, Army of Darkness, Kill Bill, The Swimming Pool, The Beach, Frida, Bubba-hotep, and some more that I have forgotten....

Television:

I like Southpark, Trailer Park Boys, Reno 911, The Chapelle Show, Huff, Trailer park Boys, Little Britain, The Office (The British and American versions), Arrested Development, and Entourage.

Books:

I am a big fan of futuristic novels such as Brave New World by Aldous Huxley and Fahrenheit 451 by Ray Bradbury. I hope to eventually read more by these two authors. I also enjoy reading about ancient egyptian and Greek history.
