Band was founded in St. Peterburg (Russia) in 2005 after 5 years just a studio working. Founder member of the band is a famous russian drummer Sergey "Nava" Navetnyy. Nava played with a lot of different Russian bands during 20 years , most famous of them are SPLEAN, NASTIA, NATE!
In 2000 "NAVA Project" debuted with CD "Some Different Pictures" as a studio project. After leaving SPLEAN in 2005 Nava founded live band with ex-members of SPLEAN and from other differend bands.
All songs composed by Nava. What is more Nava works as a studio producer. He produced most popular albums of SPLEAN and some other bands. From 2000 Nava works as a movie composer.
Since 2000 Nava is endorsed by PAISTE cymbals, since 2003 - is endorsed by MAPEX drums. Last year "NAVA Project" accepted in MAPEX DRUM Show in St. Peterburg together with famous american drummer and endorser of MAPEX drums Wallfreo Reyes Jr.
