Rotter! was formed in November 2004. We are from the Danish city Århus and are a part of the local HxCx punk scene consisting of great acts such as "Tæve" and "War of Destruction". Our music is a mix of hardcore punk, melodic hardcore and childrens music. Most of our lyrics are sarcastic and twisted portraits of political madness, social and economic injustice and every day life in Århus. The lyrics may seem pretty dark, but they are always filled with humour.

You got your Brazilian rats, you got your Danish rats; were global here, if not always revolutionary. Thats OK, because every once in a while its cool to hear a bunch of punks just blasting away, being totally obnoxious and loud and rude, just for the hell of it. The 8 tracks on this 7 arent gonna make you any cleverer, theyre not gonna make you go vegan or barricade your front door, theyre definitely not gonna make you feel sexy, and theyll most likely make you smell of urine, but thats what theyre here for: To annoy and make noise, and to make you pogo around your living room like a drunken crust punk until its over and you can start feeling like a grown-up again.ROCK!!
