Elder Roach, M.Div. is the Instructor of Biblical Studies and Public Worship at United Cornerstone School of Divinity, Thomasville, North Carolina and Instructor of Homiletics and Prophetic Studies at the One In Christ (OIC) Bible College, Greensboro, North Carolina. She is a member of the Academy of Homiletics which is a professional organization for educators of homiletics. She had the opportunity to study homiletics under the tutelage of Dr. Gardner C. Taylor who is also known as "The Dean of America’s Black Preachers". Elder Roach has 20 years of ministry leadership experience. Although she has given prophetic words in church since the age of three under the mentorship of Apostle Clarence Dandy, she was licensed on November 11, 2001 and ordained October 24, 2004 into the Gospel ministry under the pastorate of Bishop George Brooks. She serves as an Associate Minister and Director of Prophetic Fine Arts at Mount Zion Baptist Church where the Senior Pastor is Bishop George Brooks. The gifting of teaching has been demonstrated through her by the development and implementation of pastoral/ministerial, dance, and praise /worship training curricula with an intergenerational approach for churches. She has conducted workshops about preaching, Christian education, prophetic order/ activation, and church leadership. Elder Roach has also had the honor to teach at the North Carolina State Full Gospel Baptist Fellowship Conference(Youth Division). In 2005, she earned a Master of Divinity at Shaw University Divinity School, Raleigh, North Carolina with a double concentration in homiletics and religious education. Presently, Elder Roach is pursuing a Doctorate in Educational Leadership at the University of Phoenix, Phoenix, Arizona. She also preaches and teaches at conferences and revivals.
