About Me

Ursula Williams
Artiste Development
Born and raised in Kingston, Jamaica, Ursula comes from a diverse background in technology retail, project management, and entertainment. Her entertainment career spans over 10 active years as dancer, singer, and songwriter, working behind the scenes with such artistes as Tanya Stephens, Paul Kastick (producer), Dylan Murray, and Farai.
Now fully utilizing her formal education in Entertainment Management,Public Relations, and Vocal Training with Georgia Schliefer – In 2007, with the support of family and friends she made the decision to follow her career calling. Ursula began UWil, a boutique artiste development company dedicated to bringing Caribbean artistes to the next level of entertainment. UWil recognizes the need for the Caribbean artiste to be marketable on a global level without loosing sense of self and culture.. For this reason Ursula has been a contributing writer and editor for Caribbean POSH Magazine – providing entertainment related editorial from the Jamaican music scene for the international publication. Ursula is passionate, outspoken, hilarious, disciplined, a visionary, and believer in these core principles. Combined with her experiences in the often-unapologetic music business, she is committed to working with Caribbean talents through UWil® in the areas of image development, public speaking, and overall creative direction. Currently, UWil is promoting Goldenchyl/GC - an emerging multi-talented singer/songwriter/producer.
UWil… and believe it, you will!
