About Me

Your Theme Song is Comfortably Numb by Pink Floyd
"There is no pain, you are receding.
A distant ships smoke on the horizon.
You are only coming through in waves."
You haven't been feeling a lot lately, and you think that's a good thing.
The comfortable part is nice... but you should really work on numb. What's Your Theme Song?

My Interests

Cars (pretty much anything except Nascar) and I mean cars. No trucks or SUV's or other crap like that. Girls. (always interested, but strangely never involved) Good movies, bad movies to make fun of. Skateboarding, cars, girls, photography, Music of all sorts (listening to it, and making beats), drawing, poetry, pretty much anything having to do with art. Um, let's see what else...the Reefer, cars, girls, cooking, driving, video games (remember nerd?), doing whatever's clever, eating, playing Hungry Hungry Hippos, cups o' tea, cars, girls, the all time number 1, playing pool, doing whatever I can, doing nothing at all, sleeping, spooning among other things, camping, new sk8 shoes, being places I'm not supposed to be, Top Ramen, illegal wiener dog fights, uh well you get the idea.

I'd like to meet:

Does this have to stay on the known plane of reality? Because I'd like to hang out and have a smoke circle with Yoda, John Lennon, Confucious, Bob Marley and Gandolf and a few others. I'd also like to go drive across the country with James Dean, Keiichi Tsuchiya, Colin Chapman and Enzo Ferrari. Oh and since the chances the last few statements actually happening are less likely than getting your wang bitten off by an irate three toed sloth. How about just meeting some really smart and beautiful girls (or just one). Yes, I know it sounds impossible but they do exist. I can't believe I put Yoda before girls, what the hell.

Music:

I've always gone by the terms of, there will be good music in every form, you just have to know what good music is. Then go out and look for it. I like it all, with music it's either gonna sound good or it's gonna sound like it's not worth my time. Anything really, Drum n' Bass, Breakbeats, Hip hop, Classic rock, jazz, Reggae, punk, ska, metal ect. Whatever I feel like making my ears bleed with at the time I'll throw on. So here's some good shtuff. Beatles, PINK FLOYD, Heiroglyphics, POLYSICS, The Police, Blackalicious, N.I.N., LED FUCKIN' ZEPPELIN, Green Day, Frank Zappa and the Mothers, Talib Kweli and Mos Def, Fishbone, Dead Kennedy's, Violent Femmes, The Pixies, The Specials, Yoko Kanno, The Reverend Horton Heat, Engine 54, Toots And The Maytals, Bob Marley (fo shizzle), Jimi Hendrix, D.M.B. (don't laugh), Joe Cocker, Marivn Gaye, Al Green, Steve Miller Band, RUSH 'eh, Iron Maiden, Sicko, Prince, Gas Huffer, Johnny Cash, Toots And The Maytals, The Who, Soundgarden, Tool, Gorillaz, Bad Co., The Doobie Brothers, David Bowie, Dieselboy, Guitar Wolf (R.I.P Bass Wolf), Queen, Talking Heads, Yes, The Moody Blues, Rancid, Operation Ivy, Beastie Boys, The Clash, Radiohead, Oingo Boingo, Orbital, Stevie Wonder, KRS-One...You see, the list goes on and on and on, and I don't feel like typing any more... Go rate, comment, favourite and subscribe etc... www.youtube.com/watch?v=44faAdlHYcI

Movies:

"Sure. I like dogs. I like caravans more though." Big on comedy. Kevin Smith movies, Mel Brooks, Monty Python, Wes Anderson, Guy Ritchie, anything Matt Groening (It's all about he Futurama bitches!), Family Guy. If it's legit and funny I'll probably watch it. The Big Lebowski, Bill Murray Movies, Office Space, Shaun Of The Dead (The Zed word), WATCH THE VENTURE BROTHERS PEOPLE! I have also started a collection of movies related to cars and racing including, LeMans, Mad Max, and Ronin to name a few. ANY MOVIE WITH ZOMBIES IN IT!!! Throw in to the mix some anime. Akira, Princess Mononoke, Ghost In The Shell (pretty much anything from Shirow Masamune, Mamoru Oshii, and Hayao Miazaki and the likes of them), Initial D (fits in with the car movies too), stuff like that. Hong Kong Films and whatnot have to be included as well. Rikki-O, Ichi The Killer, stuff along those lines. There's an endless list of Sci-Fi movies that I'll limit to a few to save space (haha deadpan mode). Star Wars (the good ones), Red Dwarf, Blade Runner, The first three Alien movies and the first two Predator movies. None of that AvP crap. Mystery Science Theatre 3000. And yes, even the Matrix. (there's that nerd thing again) Movies that have to do with the mob or organized crime, i.e. Goodfellas, Scarface, Blow are also welcome. Indy movies are good too there's a small theatre down the street that I frequent. I saw Oldboy a while ago and just recently I saw the Anime, Metropolis. The screenplay was done by Katsuhiro Otomo who also did Akira. Gotta throw in yer good ol' drug movies too! Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, Half Baked, Cheech and Chong shit, you know the score. Skateboarding vids are always nessesary too. The Chocolate Tour, What Is..., Sight Unseen, Menikmati, and about a thousand others I could list. ...I'm sure there's plenty more but why would you want to read my catologue of movies, let's just go hang out at the video store for a while.

Television:

Don't watch it. There's nothing on, and the good stuff is always on the channels you never get. Plus most TV shows now get transferred to DVD anyways, so there little point in having a TV.

Books:

Books, books, hmmmm. Nope doesn't ring a bell. Not much of a reader any more. Granted I still do, it's just on a different medium, like the net or magazines. I'll still read an actual novel every now and then (for example, The Hitchhiker's Guide To The Galaxy, The Complete Works Of Shakespere, Hustler), but it's gotta be damn good what with the short attention span... Now what was I talking about? Oh books, right. I do have a habit of going to Powell's books downtown and getting lost. I read the auto repair books all the time. There's so much shit there you wouldn't believe. I do read a lot there and I usually don't even buy whatever it is I'm reading. Read it and leave it there and go and look for something else. I could go to the library I guess. If it had the same kind of selection and didn't smell like hobo whizz.

Heroes:

Han Solo. James Dean. Tom Penny. John Lennon. Matt Groening. ...and anyone who can make a killer philly cheesesteak.

Hip Hopper or Goodwill Shopper

I can't remember when I wrote this, but it was a while ago. *untitled* People tend to get and stay scared from things they don't understand. They seem to think there's a pre-written plan. I do...

Haiku Time

You are my burning lungs. While I am trapped beneath this surf. You compel me to breathe. I took my time lightly. What is and what should never be. As the world spins away. I burned down...
