Adaptive Action Sports is a California based non-profit organization that was created with the desire to help youth and young adults living with permanent disabilities have more opportunities to get involved with "Action Sports" which includes but is not limited to skateboarding and snowboarding. We achieve our mission through the development of camps, clinics and events!

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

WHAT WE DO:
• Organize camps, and clinics to teach adaptive individuals the skills required for participating in Action Sports on a recreational and/or competitive basis
• Create and support opportunities for individuals with permanent physical disabilities to participate in Action Sports.
• Help disabled individuals obtain the necessary gear to participate in Action Sports
• A resource for individuals with physical disabilities who want to participate in action sports.

The funds raised above will go towards grants to help kids with “dis”abilities get to this summers AAS/YMCA/ELEMENT Skateboard camp! We are asking for a small $10 donation. Help us raise $10,000 with just a 10 dollar donation! If 1000 people made a $10 donation we will hit our goal! The event ends March 12th 2008

In September the original AAS Myspace page was hacked. We had over 1500 friends, alot of them supporters of our cause. Please help us build back our friends list by copying and pasting this message in...
