My Interests

guitar and reading about musicians mostly...everything else is pretty much not that interesting let alone exciting to me... playing my guitar which gives me HOURS of pleasure, especially when I learn a new song, like FRESH GARBAGE by SPIRT, which I'll have to figure out how to play if I can ever tune my stupid-head guitar. (I can't find the machine I use to tune it so I'm screwed.) I get so fired up when THAT happens; it's like the ONLY thing that really LASTS a long time...it's too bad i'm so bad at it; really. i'm the second worst guitar player in the world; ask anybody... Anfield's Real Walrus!!!!!!!!

I'd like to meet:

Jesus. (NO! Not the guy in the warehouse....!!! The other one!!!)

Music:

I REALLY like this stuff. It comes in all flavours and sizes and shapes. Couldn't live -- who'd want to? -- without it. See Blog for further details...

Movies:

I...like...uhhhh...never....go to these things any more. These things take too long to do. I gotta be somewhere in a coupla hours; always.

Television:

I never watch this stuff. All my friends do, but I don't. It takes too long and ya gotta sit around and wait for commercials before you can talk or go to the bathroom or go outside to smoke.

Books:

This is something I can get behind. Right now I'm done with all the serious ones. I don't care about the classics; not that there was EVER a chance I'd read one (Well, I did read CANDY growing up....more than once.) But I stupidly bought a copy of some book called WE THE LIVING at our favorite bookstore (Salvation Army on Inglewood Blvd by the 405 next to the In and Out Burger) and when I went to read it, it was about some family and a girl who were somehow involved in something in Russia in 1917 during some kind of Bullshevikitch Relovolution. I stopped reading it after the 13th page because it had occurred to me that I'm...like...already depressed, my dudes; why am I reading THIS!?!?!??! So, I went out and got a copy of BLOODSUCKING FIENDS by Christopher Moore and now everything's better. (Phewwww, that was a close call!)

Heroes:

I have a lot of heroes and most of them play guitar. You can see the above categories for these people.

Favorite Bob Dylan Expressions (out of order)

Disclaimer: These are (really) utterances that I use when speaking in conversations and need to somehow relate to the topic.  I always find myself regurgitating lines from Dylan songs. ...
