Clarence Lewis Payne, C.L., departed from this life June 28th 2008. He was a faithful and loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, and friend to all that knew him. He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Barbara J. Payne. Two daughters Alice and Sue Payne, and his only son Louie Payne. One favorite daughter in law, Melissa Payne. Four grandchildren; Jimmy Warren, Daniel Skaggs, Cory Skaggs, and Ashley Payne. Two great granddaughters; Kayliegh Warren and Addison Skaggs. He will be missed very much by everyone.
