I am a musician/engineer currently based in Liverpool. At the moment I am working on a couple of folk projects which have been on the go since early last year. My interests also extend into a number of other areas though, and I am just embarking on a voyage into some experimental electronic sound scapes.
However for now the first Rusleaf EP has just recently been completed. 'Autumn in Blue Forest' has been in the works for some time, but will be launching on Nature House Records very soon. It features some beautifully orchestrated string parts, rivaled only by Jacques Malchance's wonderfully distinctive piano style.
A couple of the tracks are now available on the player to wet your appetite, along with two of my tracks from the Nature House 'Seed Sampler' release.
Meanwhile work has started on the 2nd Rustleaf EP which will hopefully appear around the beginning of next year. Following in a similar vein to the Autumn In Blue Forest tracks it will feature an extended instrumental line-up to support the central guitar and vocal melodies. But you'll just have to wait for the tracks to be completed i'm afraid.
I'll be performing at a number of events over the summer, noteably the Woolfire Festival in Hampshire, and I may even find time to showcase some of my new electronic tracks. So keep an eye on the gigs section for further details.
